Not only will you get a treasured custom piece of artwork, but the school sees a substantial portion of the sale! Its a wonderful fundraiser and all around feel good project!
Each child has been sent home, via backpack, an IQ Cards 2021 design form, on which to design (obvious, we know) their custom card. On the back of the design form is an order form and design guide. Please fill out and return with your child's artwork to the school.
Artwork, order forms and payment are due October 7th*.
Before cards are printed, payment must be collected. Please prepay for your selections, below.
Unfortunately, orders that are not prepaid, will not be fulfilled.
To ensure proper order fulfilment, please fill in the required information on the paper order form AND complete the form below in addition to prepaying.
*Forms are not due back on October 8th, as it is an Inset. Pardon the typo.
