Year 2 mum Phillipa is leading the first ever FoHPED Fun Run on 24th March, and as a professional personal trainer herself, she knows how important it is to prepare in advance.

To ensure that all participants are in the best possible shape for the big day, she's put together three bespoke 6 week training plans, so that there's a training schedule that is perfect for everyone, whatever your level of fitness - just pick the level that suits you best.
